I bring in three years of experience as a certified breath + cold practitioner. Upskilling from previous breath courses in 2023 with the School of Breath Science. My background includes 10+ years in the high pressure sales career, where I witnessed first hand the impacts of stress and burnout in those environments. This personal experience, combined with my professional training, inspired me to help individuals find practical tools for managing stress, creating emotional understanding and building resilience in both. Leaving my full time career in 2024 to focus solely on The SPXCE.
My work was born from necessity. I didn’t plan to become a breath and cold practitioner, I needed the tools before I ever considered sharing them. After years in high-performance environments, pushing through burnout and silently navigating anxiety and depression, my system finally forced me to stop. Everything I’d used to keep going stopped working and in that space, I chose to rebuild my life, very differently.
The space that I hold is strong, grounded and deeply human. It’s not about pushing or forcing breakthroughs, it’s about educating on how to trust the body and connect with safety enough to soften, rest and maybe share honestly. Creating an environment so that growth and integration can happen.
I care deeply about the integrity of this work. That means staying connected to my own practice, continuing to study and learning. I’m part of a weekly peer study group, where we challenge each other, resource together, continuously refine our knowledge and stay accountable to the depth this work requires.
I offer both 1:1 and small group sessions and coaching for those ready to do the deeper work. The 1:1 space allows for tailored, focused support, where we track patterns, explore behaviours and build regulation in a way that’s specific to the lived experience of the individual. Whether working privately or in community, the aim is always the same: to create SPXCE for real growth and change.
