Martin McPhilimey is a Respiratory & Sleep Scientist, a mind body consultant, and the founder of the School of Breath Science. With over a 15 years of academic, clinical and coaching experience, he bridges the worlds of science and practice — helping professionals turn knowledge into lasting impact.
He holds two Master’s degrees and is accredited by the esteemed National School of Healthcare Scientists (NHS, UK). His training spans applied physiology, behavioral science, and human performance, and his work has supported elite athletes, clinicians, executives, and everyday individuals in building stress resilience, enhancing vitality, and optimizing health through the breath.
What truly sets Martin apart is his ability to translate complex science into practical, embodied application — and his unwavering commitment to developing practitioners who lead with integrity, depth, and skill.
