When Conscious Connected Breathwork found its way into my life, it became the most profound and unexpected transformative journey. It revealed that the cacophony of felt senses in my body was being orchestrated by my nervous system, not my mind. I was completely unaware that my nervous system was constructing my reality—responsible for how I thought, felt, and reacted to life.
This realisation became the most empowering, liberating moment of my life. I finally understood why I would over-react, under-react, numb-out, feel anxious, or overwhelmed. I discovered that feeling comes first and thought follows. This knowledge was the key to a whole new way of living, with Breathwork as the path that led me there.
Working deeply with a high volume of clients, my curiosity about how the body responds and the physiological influences creating change grew exponentially. This led me to pursue Breath Science Practitioner Certification, which fundamentally transformed my practice to a new level of understanding and expertise. I am about to complete my Compassionate Inquiry training with Gabor Maté, which has profoundly expanded my capacity to help people resolve their suffering.
As a deeply compassionate Breathwork Science and trauma practitioner, I’m driven by an unwavering desire to guide individuals towards overcoming complex human challenges. Liberating people sits at the core of my practice, which integrates cutting-edge science with therapeutic somatic approaches to ensure the whole self is met.
I’m now equipped to work with acute symptoms across a broad spectrum of mental and physiological health challenges—helping resolve chronic stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, emotional dysregulation, and dysfunctional breathing patterns.
