I’m Unna, founder of UNNA Movement, with over 20 years of experience spanning from research, lecturing, Exercise Science, Rehabilitation in hospital, private practice and clinical care. My work focuses on helping people navigate life’s transitions—both the ones we plan and the ones we don’t, like illness or burnout.
