Hello! I am Dr. Rae and co-founder of Integrative Breath. My life experience has included decades in natural medicine as both an educator and practitioner with a diverse background in mind-body/consciousness and somatic approaches. Those “qualifications” are listed below. However, above all, I am a curious explorer of attunement, presence, and transformation – participating and reflecting in life what it is like to be a learner, mentor and coach, as well as a fellow traveler and friend on the path. I am a woman in her mid-60’s, finding myself now prioritizing my life toward evolutionary longings, and the deep authentic desires of my soul as it is revealed. I continue to learn, listen to, and follow my deeper nature while becoming more and more fully human, and more grounded, vulnerable and transparent. I’m not done, it’s a lifetime journey.
I have studied with many different teachers, coaches, and healers, and experimented with all kinds of practices. With maturity, the heart of my work has become about attunement and service. I find that the more I learn, the less I know! The Unknown is where we discover the Great Mystery! Learning how to live with “not knowing and being available to deeper knowing” is a daily practice and the undercurrent of the BREATH as an intimate companion, and a transmitter and reflector of life has become a fascination and an inspiration! I truly believe our breath is tied into and key to unlocking our potential, our lifeforce, our Presence and our passion, and access to Source.
