Since the age of 13, when I was first introduced to structured training through rugby, I’ve been fascinated by physical performance.

I spent much of my teens and early 20s chronically injured, which led me deep into the world of understanding how to not just fix, but truly optimise the human body. That journey eventually brought me to breathing — initially through my own experience — where I discovered the huge impact our breathing can have on every aspect of health and performance.

Today, I combine breath training with physical conditioning to help clients live healthier, higher-performing lives.

My work sits at the intersection of performance and recovery — helping people not only train harder, but recover faster, sleep better, and manage stress more effectively. Whether you’re preparing for your next event, or simply want to feel stronger, more focused, and energised in everyday life, I help you use your breath as a tool to support your training, health, and mindset.

I’m particularly passionate about helping people understand how their breathing shapes performance, nervous system regulation, and long-term health. Through a mix of workshops, one-to-one coaching, and education, I aim to make breath training accessible, practical, and results-driven.
