More About
Jack Synnott

For as long as I can remember, I have harboured a strong desire to assist others in their personal growth. I chose to gain diverse life experiences before fully committing to this path, and I am now grateful to pursue this calling full-time as a professional.

In the past, I have led multiple 21-day wilderness expeditions across Australia as an outdoor educator. I have also worked as a carpenter and, more recently, as a project manager overseeing the construction of multi-townhouse sites. Additionally, I represented New Zealand, competing in Australian Football League (AFL).

I enjoy surfing, breathwork, supporting others, staying active, pursuing personal growth, and connecting with friends. My introduction to breathwork and coaching came as a means to manage the stress associated with my professional responsibilities. These practices have proven to be the most effective tools I have encountered for gaining clarity, igniting motivation, fostering self-connection, and processing life’s challenging situations.

We all possess the answers within ourselves, and I am dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential through breathwork and coaching.
