Before becoming a coach and breathwork facilitator, I spent years juggling the demands of motherhood, teaching, and high-functioning survival — until perimenopause arrived and everything I thought I knew about “coping” stopped working.
What followed was a personal and professional transformation — one that led me to retrain in breathwork, EFT, coaching, hypnotherapy, and nervous system education. And one that taught me how vital it is for women in midlife to feel seen, supported, and safe in their own bodies again.
Today, I support women navigating the overwhelm, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion and hidden pressure that often accompany midlife and menopause. I blend science-backed tools with a deeply compassionate approach to help women regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and feel empowered in this next chapter.
