My background:
My background is in biomedical science and education, where I trained and worked as a science teacher and Specialist Leader of Education. I later moved into leadership development, learning design, and coaching, and continue to draw on this foundation to bring a science-informed lens to physiology, behaviour, and sustainable change.
My approach:
My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in both evidence-backed techniques and creative play. I translate insights from science into practical, human experiences that help you reconnect with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.

More about me:
Originally from South Africa and now based in the UK (for 26 years), I’m deeply inspired by people, places, and the natural world. I’m a keen photographer, often found capturing nature or recharging through walking, yoga, wild swimming, and breathwork. As a sensitive soul, I’ve found real solace in functional breathing, which continues to support my own regulation and self-connection.
I have a love for movement and play—especially circus arts, where there’s something freeing about hanging upside down. My work is rooted in my own ongoing journey of self-development, exploring practices that deepen my awareness and support healing. Animals, (especially cats!), have always been a grounding and comforting presence in my life.
