Jess is a coach specialising in breathwork, yoga, meditation and fitness. She speaks about and works with clients on managing and overcoming anxiety, stress, burnout, sleep disorders and respiratory conditions. Jess has been featured on ITV’s This Morning with a feature on “Eye Yoga” and regularly contributes to articles as an expert on health and well-being. She’s a yoga teacher with over 650hrs of training in hatha, vinyasa, yin and pregnancy yoga and she’s also a qualified personal trainer, biomechanics coach, exercise referral specialist and mental health first aider. As well as running her own corporate wellbeing company, Jess is the head of the Holistic category at London gym chain, Gymbox. As part of her role there Jess created the Mind category which saw Gymbox become the first ever gym to feature classes specifically for mental fitness. She also has created many of their creative classes including “Eye Yoga”, “Binaural Beats”, “Brain Dump”, “Pranayama Sessions” and more.
Jess regularly offers bespoke events, classes and workshops focusing on stress reduction and relaxation and loves creating community both online and in-person. Before dedicating fully to health and wellbeing, Jess worked as an actress and musical theatre performer starring in the smash hit West End musical “School of Rock” as well as featuring as the singer in Jack Whitehall’s Netflix special “Jack Whitehall: At Large”. In her personal life Jess is a big nature lover and keen bird watcher! She talks a lot about how important connecting with nature is for mental health and loves nothing more than being outdoors, surrounded by peace, quiet and greenery
