My journey began 14 years ago with asthma and poor breathing habits that led to frequent A&E visits. Discovering the Buteyko Method (breathwork technique) helped me finally feel in control of my breath and body. Years in a high-pressure career left me burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected. Traditional tools like CBT and meditation weren’t enough, as I wasn’t listening to my body.
Long Covid and burnout forced me to make a change. I left my job, returned home, to prioritise my health. I slowed down, worked with my body, adjusted my breath & worked with my nervous system, It wasn’t easy, but it transformed my life.
Now, as a fully qualified Breathwork Coach, I help others to reconnect with their breath & body, to manage daily stress & improve wellbeing.
